Are you curious?

Are you curious enough to unearth your customer’s most valuable problem? The problem that will unlock abundance, possibility and growth that will bravely lead your/your client’s business into the future.

Understanding customer problems are the key to breakthrough innovation, and implementing initiatives that benefit your bottom line. That’s why you must first learn to problem find, not problem solve.

Cultivating curiosity will help you do this.

Learning objectives:

This 90-minute interactive workshop is for anyone who is developing products, services or experiences for customers and want to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs, motivations and pain points to deliver innovation and growth.

#1: You will learn why problem finding and curiosity is the key to innovation and growth.

#3: You will be introduced to the six critical curiosity mindsets you need in today’s business environment: rebel, zen-master, novice, sleuth, interrogator and play-maker.

#2: You will conduct a self-assessment to identify which curiosity mindset(s) you have right now and which one(s) you might need to nurture.

All participants will receive a copy of Evette’s Book: Cultivating Curiosity: How to unearth your most valuable problem to inspire growth
